This house is located directly across the street from Chun's Reef, one of
Oahu's most famous surfing spots. It is a fantastic spot for advanced
surfers or a great location for beginners to learn how to surf with one of
the experienced surfing instructors we can refer you to. A caretaker lives on the property.
Separate Cottage: Sleeps up to 4 people. 1 bedroom/1 bath with outside
shower, large deck, laundry facilities. Its at the back of the property,
the most private and quiet.

There are a dozen or so great surfing spots all within a very short drive
from this house so that you can find the perfect size waves every day you
are here.
The house sits on two acres of papaya, banana, and fruit trees and is
surrounded by open land with horses. It is close to Haleiwa, Pupukea
(Shark's Cove) and about fifteen minutes to Turtle Bay where there is
Golfing and Tennis. Waimea bay is also close by.
Haleiwa has wonderful food, art galleries, surf shops, and a great locals
scene.
Rates (in US Dollars):
Separate Cottage from ....... $192/night, plus $18/night per person over 2 people
and $75 cleaning fee.
Upstairs Four Bedroom from .. $360/night
plus $30/night per person over 6
people, maximum 10.
Downstairs Five Bedroom from .. $360/night
plus $30/night per person over 6 people,
maximum 10.
Also available: 1 bedroom downstairs attached unit for rent - maximum 3 people
Large 1 bedroom, living space, kitchenette, full size bathroom
$150 per night or $90 if rented with the property plus
$65 cleaning fee.
Plus $30/night per person over 14 people for the whole house.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates do not include taxes of 12% or
$175 cleaning fee for the main house.
$200 damage deposit (refunded 2 weeks after departure)
50% deposit required to confirm the dates, remaining balance due 30 days prior
to check in.
