This light and ventilated 4300 square foot modern structure has beautiful view in all rooms of the house, newly built in 2005. The reversed floor plan offers spacious kitchen, living and entertaining area let you soak in the panoramic view of the beautiful Kaneohe Bay all day.

This extensive home has a master suite with walk-in closet and full bath, 2 other bathrooms with full baths, a library, a laundry room, and sitting area on the first floor. The second floor has an open floor plan with grand kitchen, 2 dining areas, 2 sitting areas, an entertainment room, and a full bath, all comfortably furnished.

NOTE: The house is currently for sale. If it must be shown during the rental period, we will give 24 hours' notice, the renter must tidy up the place, allow 3 hours showing, and we will reimburse 1 day rent.
