You'll love this place for a private getaway. Great for the two of you
but happily accommodates up to six people since there is an amazing outdoor
shower that is a guest favorite (fully private of course).
The cottage
is the one story building. Next door is a 1 bedroom studio above the garage
for separate rental or combined with the cottage.
Art galleries, beaches and hiking are favorites in the area along with
Hawaii's most visited tourist attraction, the Polynesian Cultural Center
just minutes away.

One flat screen tv and A/C in living room.
Bedroom: One full size bed, sleeps up to two.
Bedroom: One bunk bed room. Can be set up side by side if necessary.
Bedroom: One queen size bed with double doors to the lanai with the view
and standard tv.
1 bedroom studio over garage: four poster bed is queen size. Cable and
wireless with a flat screen tv. No A/C in the studio.
Rates:
Cottage: $175 night (1-4 people) $250 (5-6 people)
Cleaning fee: $150
Damage deposit: $300 for cottage
3 night minimum stay, 2 weeks during Christmas holidays
Studio is a 1 bedroom unit that can be added or rented separately
$125/nt or $85 if rented w/cottage.
Cleaning fee $75
Damage deposit:
$100 for 1 bedroom,
$400 for 1 bedroom and cottage together.
50% up front remaining balance due 1 week before check in

TESTIMONIAL: We just stayed at this charming
house (May, 2009) with our family and another family and I think I can speak
for everyone when I say that this was well worth every penny! Our favorite
feature of the house was the outdoor shower! Everyone enjoyed coming home
from a long day at the beaches and taking a soothing shower outdoors in the
private shower. You don't have to worry about getting sand into the house
with this shower! The bedrooms were perfect for our group and the kitchen
was well-equipped. The property is away from all of the flashy tourists of
Waikiki, which we loved. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the North Shore
beaches in within a 30 minute drive of the house, especially Haleiwa and
Shark's Cove. I can HIGHLY recommend staying at this house. Another perk was
that there was an a/c unit in the front room that cooled the entire house
which was a plus in the warm afternoons!
