Laie offers life in an unspoiled part of Hawaii that remains very Polynesian in culture (i.e. very warm and friendly). The Polynesian Cultural Center, Oahu's most visited attraction, is just 1/2 mile north.

Enjoy your Hawaiian vacation in this new custom home on one of Hawaii's most beautiful and private beaches (Kakela Beach Park). Away from the road, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath quiet home offers a totally relaxing atmosphere with great ocean views from 2 large decks. We have a nice dining area, but the best meals are enjoyed on the decks overlooking the ocean.

The large, white sandy beach stretches for 2 miles along a tropical shoreline. Great snorkeling right along the shoreline with dozens of different fish and colorful coral formations. The shallow, sandy-bottom and calm water makes for great swimming. The property sleeps a maximum of 12 persons.

    * Shopping center with supermarket, movie theatre and restaurants is
    just 1 mile away. Plenty of restaurants within 4 - 8 miles.

    Rates:
    $1,850.00 per week for 1 to 4 persons
    $1,950.00 per week for 5 to 7 persons
    $2,150.00 per week for 8 to 11 persons

    Additional nights: $195

    Holiday rates $2500 week Christmas & New Years.

    Additional fees: Hawaii State tax, $150 cleaning fee: $400 refundable security deposit.

    Accommodations Tax 12% of total

Activities & Attractions:

The house is just 40 yards from the water. Kakela Beach is nothing less than spectacular. A long wide stretch of white sandy beach. Children can safely play in the shallow, crystal clear water along the beach. The ocean in front provides for great snorkeling and boogie boarding.

If you enjoy fishing, go no further than the beach in front of the house. You can take nice long walks along the 2+ miles of tropical sandy beach. The park is kept in immaculate shape and provides a large playing ground.

The house is located only minutes from many of Oahu's top tourist attractions, including: Polynesian Cultural Center (1 min), Sunset Beach, Waimea Fall Park (20 min), Kualoa Ranch (horseback riding and each activities) and Turtle Bay (10 min) for some of the best golf in Hawaii and excellent restaurants, both formal and casual.
