The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Tennis courts,
shopping, restaurants and a golf course are within walking distance as are
snorkeling, surfing and wind surfing. Fine dining, Makena, Wailea and hotel
entertainment are nearby.
The main house has 2 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and the second
twins. Two additional persons may be accommodated on a queen hide-a-bed in
the library area. The main living area is open and contains a kitchen,
living room, dining room and library. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala.
The studio pool house overlooks the private pool and contains a studio
kitchen, bath and an L-shaped area with a double bed, bunks and a double
hide-a-bed.
Amenities: The home is fully quipped
with all the items you may need to make this your home away from home. A
resident manager is on site to help make this the perfect holiday.
The pool has large decks with BBQ, picnic tables and lounge chairs.
Tropical vegetation surrounds the home and pool.
Activities (on site or nearby): Surfing, wind surfing, beach walking, swimming, scuba diving, and
snorkeling are at your doorstep.
Shopping, restaurants, groceries, golf and tennis are within walking
distance.

Rental rates:
House and Pool House rent together for $390 per
day. (up to 4 people)
An additional $35 per guest per night is required for up to a total maximum
of 12 maximum guests.
A deposit of one third is required to hold the reservation. The remainder
is due 30 days before arrival.
