We are in Hawaii Kai just a little over a mile from Koko Marina and Hanauma Bay. We are about 20 to 25 minutes from Waikiki and about 30 minutes from the airport. The Koko Marina has an 8 Plex Movie Theatre with Stadium Seating, Blockbuster Movie Rental, Foodland Grocery Store, Starbucks, Subway, 24 Hour Fitness and a number of other restaurants and shops. Just a mile across the bay there are several other familiar stores; Costco, Safeway, City Mill Hardware, McDonalds, Longs and Ross, just to mention a few. Just step across the street into the ocean or one block down the street. sit on a private sandy beach.

Winter rates - $ 600 to $ 700 per night, second week 10% discount, depending on availability.

Spring rates are $ 400 to $ 550 per night,

Summer rates are $ 500 to $ 600 per night

Fall rates are $ 450 to $ 550 per night.
